Walter was recently appointed CEO of Livil Ltd by Mr Goon Park. Mr Park launched  Paybank in South Korea Q3 2020 and has made a decision to establish a world-class  FINTECH organisation in the EU late 2020.

Moneo Solutions Ltd (MSL) provides management services that enables FINTECH access to innovative and transformative Global banking, payment and merchant services and partnership. As founder, Walter has led MSL engagement partners in Asia and Europe to lead development payments and remittance services in the EU and Asia.
